Holy cow... did no one watch the videos? Or am I seeing it wrong?

No CEL when turning the ignition to ON, no boost gauge movement, both indicative of an ECU problem or no power going to it. OP, you say you don't have a meter so all your checks on the fuses are purely visual and do not really count for anything at all. If you can't check the MPI fuse on the (+) Battery Terminal Box, replace it -- it costs practically nothing. If that doesn't get the boost gauge moving and the CEL to come on, replace the GAUGE fuse in the interior Junction Block. Also check that the IOD storage connector is in place. If not, connect it and try again. You can also try jumpering the necessary wires on the fuse box for the IOD unit to see if it is the IOD unit itself that is preventing power reaching the ECU. See: changing wiring harness. question about one connector

If that still does nothing, I wouldn't bother with much else until having the ECU looked at.

For reference: No spark, tested every every thing.
Dang I totally missed the cel. He's right this is almost certainly ecu or ecu power related.

same here i mised that

like i said the whole time in every reply ecu i just wanted to make sure the symptoms that i was seeing were correct im trying to get my hands on a known working used unit i haven't had a single reply from any of the dsm gods of the area yet i got a few more people to hit up also who ever posted the 1990TSIAWDTALON thanks but i have a 1g now

Dont rule out power to ecu. Two choices. Swap ecu to a known good car or test the circuit. I would not buy an ecu as you do not know if yours is bad without testing. This could still be a fuse. Visual inspection is not enough. Why dont you pull the mpi fuse instead of just looking under the cover.

you have to be crazy to think that the video was the only inspection i did on the car also you can look down in to the cover and see if the fuse is blown i did pull it out to look it was fine also like i said i had a 2g for 7 years im used to working on my own car with that said in my 7 years it never really gave me that many issues but i left it mostly stock

no need to get nasty-- you came on here asking for help and that's what you were getting, help. we are not there by your side nor do we know the full extent of your knowledge-or what tools you have, but we know you don't have a dvom

I understand you are frustrated due to your job situation and your car not running but we are trying to help and we are only human and make mistakes ourselves. Please by patient and cordial when typing responses

1)Fuse could be good but whats the use if their is no current gong thru it. DVOM is good but a simple test light will do. I like to use the big light from the school bus. You can really tell when it lights up.
2)I am a tech and I do a lot of no start. As a matter of a fact I got one sitting in my bay. 94 saville. God help me. Sometimes I wonder why these old cars are still running. But the point is I make mistakes too. I did not even bother to look at you video/check engine light so I am sorry about that.
3)Go to HF and buy your self noid lights, test light, meter. Check all fuses, check injector pulse, test power and ground to ECU. Try to identify what you missing. It seems that you came here thinking that your ECU is bad and usually in my experience it is the last thing that goes. If you have a scanner try to communicate with it. It is usually a give awey that something is up. ECMLink is nice for that.
4)Lighten up. This is getting good I am getting a pop corn.
