Ok it was working before..... I finally tap'd into jpipe for MBC. took off BOV because i was going to switch, but put back on and now theres no blow off. I screwed it out almost all the way and still basicly no blow off.. i mean a couple times I heard a quiet vacuum blow off but thats it... I boost leak tested and all that and its good... Can anyone help me? Thanks
 
Are you saying that you teed the MBC to the bov line? because that's the very reason you don't want to do that, it'll bleed off boost and lose bov performance.
 
Both nipples on the bov? You don't use both nipples. You leave the bottom one vented to atmosphere and the top one goes to your vacuum line.

althoguh i just realised I tap'd into the line from wastegate instead of line from jpipe... When I had small nipple just vented... it had sluggish response...

still doing same thing and now its exactly like that picture... I guess ill try with venting smaller nipple.... I have it screwed out almost all the way... Is my BOV fubar'd?

yea.... tried with small nipple vented.. still only hear a very quiet vacuum blow off
 
That diagram is completely incorrect above.



Here's what you want.

You want the bov to have a single untouched vacuum/pressure source from the intake manifold

Same for your wastegate.

Don't connect both the lines on the bov, use the top hat one.
 
ok well thats how its set up atm, still same problem...

I'm going to do another boost leak test tomorrow, maybe I missed something.... If I can't find anything I guess I'm going to try going back to my 1g BOV
