Need help asap

So i bought a gas tank from a member on here and he did a dual pump set up on it well he has the two feed lines going to a Y shaped valve thing to turn them into one line. Just wondering if anyone knows the name of this part and know's where I can get one?

Just type into the search bar on ebay "3/8 y fitting". There will be some results in the bottom "ebay stores" section. It was the first one when I just did it. The seller has a store called HHO Generator Superstore

It's a unsure answer to the question.
My buddy said he used a y nitrous fitting for his dual intank 310's from a ford gt supercar or whatever. Also, I swear I read on here by SEARCHING this forum. I just don't feel like finding that thread.
