Have a 95 with a 14b on do not know what hooks up to these and also have two rubber hoses coming from oil filter housing that reach over here but not sure which ones are water and oil???

The hoses from the filter housing are likely the oil cooler lines. Take some pics so we have a better idea. One of the hoses should hook to the water pipe behind the power steering pump and the other should hook to the thermostat housing. As for the turbo one water line hooks to the pipe coming out of the block behind the compressor housing and the other hooks to the water pipe under the thermostat housing.

You will need a m10x1.25 banjo bolt and 2 10mm crush washers to hook that oil line to the head.

is that banjo bolt available at auto store and i will get pics tomorrow and post asap and i do know there is a hose from water pipe behind ps pump that goes to like the corner of the block or somwhere right below it?

No, you will not find the banjo bolt anywhere but from the dealership.

You will have to tell them an application. You will need to tell them that it is going on a 90-94 turbo car.

Here are how the water lines go.
The brown one is for your radiator reservoir, the black goes to the turbo and the red just hook it up the way it looks, the only oil line is the one you have with out the bolt.

the one that you have the brown line going to isn't the one that goes to the reservoir. That is the supply for the oil cooler. The nipple for the reservoir is higher up and on the neck where the cap attaches to.

Sorry, you are right, the brown line goes to the turbo, the reservoir line is on the oposite side of the the thermostat housing.

yea my resevoir is already hooked up so the black one that is on block will go to turbo im guessing just the one thats close to it and where does brown one go and still clueless about the two lines coming from OFH??? didnt get to get pics today but if anyone can think about what im saying

That hose coming off the front of the oil filter housing is bad. That is where the stock t25 feeds from and it looks like someone tried to run a rubber hose. I would buy a plug and plug that fitting in the filter housing off.

Ok what kinda plug do you get to plug it with and yea those were the two rubber hoses I was talking bout being clueless what they hook up to what about the other rubber hose from OFH. Its on left side of picture they both reach over to where I took pic of first pic

There is a metal line from the factory behind the turbo that that hose is supposed to, but it looks to be gone on your setup. Without the metal line you will have to run that hose all the way to the thermostat housing and connect it with a hose clamp. Make sure that the hose that you use is compatible with coolant and away from the turbo so that it doesn't melt. You can get the 3/8 bspt plug from the dealer, or you can just use a 3/8 npt plug from the hardware store.

I've done the same. My current 14b is running fine with no water going to it.

Didn't know. Filtr housing should get any water in it but I'm a noob to dsm and does that mean I will be cooling Turbo with water and oil or what? If you could draw lines where each one goes so I can reassure myself and that plug at local auto store and the dealer said banjo bold was 10x20 is that same thing ads what I need

Of coarse you can get it online, but he asked if you can get it at the hardware store so i assumed that he didn't want to order something online.

I got it, Here we go.
Those two lines are good like that, Just add a hose and you are good with the turbo water lines.
I can see loose hose there (Green arrow), I believe that it runs from your oil filter cooler, If that's the case, then you are missing a hard line that runs from the oil filter housing to the thermostat housing.

The oil filter cooler has two water lines, one goes to the water pipe (close of the alternator and the other goes to the line thermostat housing.
Hope this clears up everything.

I forgot to mention, some people runs a hose line from the oil filter housing to the thermostat housing, this is to avoid putting the stock hard line that goes behind the turbo, You need to take off the turbo to be able to install the hard line.
I don't recommend this method, But it helps at some point for an easy fix (temporary only), If you end up adding a hose, make sure to stay away of the heat so it doesn't melt, again, I don't recommend this method.

To answer your question, The water lines cools the turbo, But the oil will help to cool it as well, But not as much as the water, so, it can run with out the water lines, But is not recommended.

interesting, i dont have that port on the back side of my water pipe WTF? no wonder my water lines are ghetto'd up

oh wait, yes i do but it was weird. the filler neck putlet went straight to the OFH and i had to tap into that for the turbo, the other goes straight to the rear water pipe outlet, i have no clue of which direction all this crap flows though so i dont know if ive got the inlet and outlet mixed up... on most turbos which is which? one that is facing tword the bumper or the one facing tword the block?

Oil is for lubrication , that is absolutely needed. Water is for cooling some turbo chargers are watercooled some are not.

Do it like that and it covers everything for the turbo.
On the filter housing, one line goes straight up to the water pipe and the other goes to the thermostat housing.

Yes the car has a rubber line from the filter housing that reaches to the the thermostat opening it kind of touches back of Turbo not sure how to stop it tho yes the other one is already hooked up to other part of water pipe then the one in front of housing I took off and am gonna plug it like the Guy said? ? Thanks so much for the help guys my car has been sitting for three weeks cause was clueless and couldn't find pics on it

It is bad, the car will run like absolute ass. You can pick up a cheap one from rockauto.com for like 28 bucks which will be better than no sensor at all.
