I see.
OK, the plug on post #38 needs to be hooked up with a blue wire that comes from the injectors location, this wire has to be one of those cut wires that you have there, one is ground(black) one is re(power), and one is blue(Cam Sensor), the blue wire hook it up to the plug (pic post #38), the black and red are not needed, just put some tape and make sure they are save (not to make contact), But before connecting the wire, you have to make sure you have the right wire, Check the wire and make sure it goes to the ECU Pin # 88, Here are the pin out for the ecu, 2g DSM ECU Pinout Check #88 on the ECU and make sure it is the same wire that you will hook up to the CAS plug.

i do not see where pic post 39 plugs into though that is my problem pic post 39 is the blue wire your talking about and in the background you can by the injectors its the red and black wire that has a triangle plug on it plugged in behind injectors just dont know where the square pic post 39 plugs into? im thinking the cut wire is a/c

also the the triangle plug that plugs into coil pack is not getting power to it which is most likely cause for plugs not to spark and also fuel pump is still not kicking on by itself

if you look up to post # 39 that wire has no spot to go there are no other plugs that it matches up it runs off the blue wire from the other sensor that runs off red and black that has triangle plug in which plugs in right behind injectors

Right, there is no spot to go, because there is no plug there, This is because the old owner cut the plug and left the wires cut.....

No, that's not the wire that I am talking about, the one I am talking about is almost identical to that one, but the trip on the blue wire is different.
Crank and Cam sensor, they both use a blue wire, one is blue with red stripe and the other is blue with white stripe, the AC uses a White, black and a green with orange stripe.

If you can't figure it out like this, then open the wiring and post all the wiring, colors and we can tell you which wire goes where.
By the way, you are missing the square plug where the #39 plug goes to, so you will not be able to see it, so you need to buy a plug for to connect it, or cut the wire and connected direct to the harness wire.

OK, It looks like you have a 7 bolt motor, so lets do this, Leave the 1g Cas along (Pic #1), don't use it for now.
Now, the 2 plugs that were connected to the 1g Cas, connect them to the plugs that are on the right side of the engine, the once coming from the inside of the timing belt cover, one comes from the cam gear and the other comes from the crank location, Just plug both of them and try to see if it starts.
The other 3 cut wires (White, black and green) are for the AC, so don't worry about them.

PM me with your #

Edit,
Forgot to ask, do the square and triangle plug (pic #2) has all 3 wires each of them?.
If they do, then you just hook them up and give it a try, if one of them doesn't have all 3 wires, then it will not start.
