Car was running fine except for breaking up over 30 psi so decided to get an Arc-2 ignition box and COP setup. I'm not sure if I wired these things up correctly or not and not sure what each wire is for. When I purchased it (from a Facebook buddy), I wasn't aware it needed to be wired up. Just thought it'd be plug and play. Dunno if anyone could be of any assistance. Even disconnected the ignition box and hooked it up directly to the stock harness. Still won't fire up. Even reversed the white wires and blue wires at the plug but still no good.

P.S. Being that the plugs look exactly the same, I accidentally hooked up my ignition box to the crank sensor (Kiggly trigger plate with 6 bolt block) and the stock crank sensor wiring. Not sure if that could've blown anyway.

How did you wire the coils? I have a wiring diagram here somewhere. It sounds like you didn’t wire them in the proper sequence to me.

Had to swap the blue and white wires at the cop plug and then connect the cdi back up. That fixed the issue. Thanks!!!

So today I figured out that the coil on plugs are used from a 1999 intrepid 3.2l v6 engine so if anyone needs this part make sure you get the right part

This dang thing is driving me nuts. One minute it's running fine, the next it starts sputtering and trying to get to a 1/4 mile track for the first time ever on Oct. 26th. Apparently this COP kit is from SSSperformance.com

I changed the ptu thinking maybe that was the issue but no change. It's almost as if the springs that go through the boots are really hard to get through it to touch either the coil, or the spark plugs. Almost wondering if it would hurt to drill through the boots just a hair so that the springs can move freely but afraid of messing them up and just being stuck. Almost wishing I had just kept my coils and plug wires which was simple and easy and took two seconds to check my plugs.

Anyway, wondering if any of y'all have had these issues with a COP setup before. Pulling my hair out cause I gave him my plug wires and coils in return and limited on time to get this done.

If it isn't the mechanical fit issue with the boot, you might want to reconsider that COP harness. It appears they wired the coils in parallel, not series.

I gave up and went back to the simple plugs and wires set up So much easier to inspect the plugs this way anyway. Thanks though.
