New motor is in and drove it around for some break in. It is idling 10.2 through link and will go to 14 tob16 while mild driving.

When i start climbing to boost it leans out to dangerous levels ao we just cruised.

I tried evwrything in link to lean out my idle but it stays 10.2 no matter what... even went another -20 global and moved my tracked ve cell to 40 with no afr change.

with fic 2150s and sittnig for a year(e85) im assuming they need a thorough servicing.

Opinions? Heck I even tested comlreasion because i got worried

Well in doubt get them cleaned rule that out. with corn they are more likely stuck, or need a deep clean, send them off and then get back to us. Otherwise were just guessing, getting now where.

Kind of what I figured. No other apparent issues

Can you post a log?

Does it warm up and go into closed loop? What are your fuel trims doing? Global fuel won't have as big an impact to Idle as global dead times. Have you confirmed your base fuel pressure without the vacuum line attached and with? Do you see a rising rate in fuel pressure by applying manifold pressure to the FPR?

OK heres idle and heres some revving on things.

instead of a rich ilde it is now lean(still same tune) and i can get it to have some fuel if I rev and stays rich for a while before becoming lean again.

O2 Never really cycles.

Either way I probably need an injector cleaning but o2 seems like it might be off too maybe

Looking at the idle log, so far I noticed your tps is out of adjustment. I would set that manually with key on engine not running

And I have to ask, are you 100% certain there’s no boostleaks? Such as an injector o ring perhaps? The stoic ratio your using for global is based on an e70 blend, which is pretty typical out of the pump, but have you verified the content mixture with a tester?

Yes I know its out. But truing to sort fuel 1st. I tried something Ive done in the past to test the 02.

I pulled the 02 out and got the expected value of 20. I then put it in a half fuel tank which usually would peg rich on a good o2(Iv used this to get voltages for 02 when tuning). It stayed 20 until the o2 was actually IN the fuel and then it hit 14... not normal.

Im going to try a new sensor and see what happens. Cant hurt. This sensor is 10yrs old

No I am not positive. However a boost leak can be "tuned" out temporarily to get an idle afr appropriate. I cant get the afrs to respond to any fuel changes

I guess it can be alot of things. How long was the car sitting?
Took me about a year without a motor in it. Motor is fresh and rebuilt. It ran perfect until it lost oil pressurre. So now its refreshed and chasing gremlins.

Fuel is fresh and cleaned out as well. Im trying a new O2 sensor tomorrow

Some things I've noticed:

The GM3Bar never moves around 0 +/- practically nothing, regardless of RPM, so I'm ruling out a vacuum leak that's big enough to cause that. Even a vacuum leak the size of one cylinder would still result in some vacuum.
It could be a disconnected sensor with a floating ground but dead sensor circuitry seems equally possible.
This is likely the reason InjOn is 1.9ms at 1350rpm and 1.93ms at 2592rpm, to take just two samples. Severe lean condition as a result.

IdleSw also never goes 1 even with ThrotPos = 0

You may have forgotten to connect the MAP sensor, the sensor is dead, bad MAP sensor wiring or massive vacuum leak. The MAP sensor is reading only the atmospheric pressure. I think that's the cause. Should make sure about tha
