I have seen these topics but my situation has a slight difference. We just did the JDM engine swap and all is hooked up but I'm getting no injector pulse. I have spark and 12v to the injectors but I'm not getting a pulse. My ECU and other components were fine before we did the swap is there any way the ECU or CAS could have gone bad sitting up? I'm lost...Thanx in advance for any reply

Ecu checked out fine, CAS was installed wrong and a combination of the Coolant sensor wire braking made it a no start. One problem resolved and another one popped up but Im still working on it. Will research and if necessary post a thread at a later date.
I thought so its just seems strange that sitting up for a little while could cause that. Any way to test the CAS, i searched and couldnt come up with

Thank you sir, I shall give it a whirl..

Ok, so I checked CAS it all checks out ok I've got all the correct voltage in the right spots. I even flipped the sensor 180 degrees to check if it was installed wrong because the jdm had a different CAS on it and it made no difference. All in all i cant get a ground for the Injectors, Computer seems to be ok my CEL light comes on (not that it rules out the computer) but it was working fine before. Can someone please help a Honda mechanic Diagnose this fine DSM.

Check engine grounds - battery negative to body and another from battery negative to starter mounting bolt. Also engine intake mani to body (braided cable).
Does a noid light flash across each injector?
So spinning CAS by hand with key On doesn't fire injectors then?
Can you try another ECU?
Try if you can (with key on) briefly touching a ground to one of the injectors ground side wires (maybe piecing through wire insulation with a straight pin or probe) just to make sure there is enough power and no wiring problems to fire it (ground side goes to ECU and is either yellow-blue, yellow-black, light green, or light green-white depending on injector).
