I'm so stumped on why she wont start.

So my 1g is having and issue with the injector circuit to where the injectors wont pulse.

I have spark and fuel but the injectors won't fire. The car will run off starter fluid though. I put in brand new DW 1200cc Low Z injectors. The pigtails for the injectors are new. I've put the ECU in another 1g and it ran fine. The injector resistor pack has the correct ohms. The injectors are getting 12v to each injector.

I unplugged the TPS to see if that would solve the issue with no luck. I checked the CAS alignment by putting the engine at TDC and lining the dot on the CAS case with the divot in the CAS spade. I tried putting my black top CAS in and had no luck with that one too.

I'm stumped anyone have any ideas on what the issue could be?

Something happened to both your MAP and IAT sensors. It's been cold but not -40F cold and MAP is stuck @ -9.8 inHg when it should read 0 before you start cranking and drop to whatever your normal vacuum is when cranking.

While cranking @158 rpm there is no way you should be seeing 1.39 gm/rev airflow or need 7.27ms of 1200cc injector pulse. The ECU thinks it's firing the injectors. How did you check for a pulse?

Your TPS voltage is high @ 0.71v and your IPS is never closing is that a S90 TB? 1G or 2G TPS? Is the throttle cable too tight?

Get a good charge on that battery too.

I'll double check to see what's up with my map and iat sensor.

I haven't taken my oscilloscope to it yet but I did check with my multi meter to see if I was getting voltage to my pigtails and I was getting 12v.

as for my TPS it's been acting up since I finally got the car cranking and ready to start. I have an s90 throttle body. when the car wasn't cranking the TPS was normal but now that she's cracking again it's throwing a fit about too low of voltage. to use the TPS adjust feature. so I double checked the tension on the throttle cable and gave it a little more tension and that semed to have solved the low voltage issue it was throwing. but I noticed that the TPS adjust cranked the settings quite a bit. I replaced that pigtail a little bit ago with a new one. because the last one was broken. I knew the TPS was a bit funky so that's why I try unplugging it to see if that was the issue.

I've kept the battery on a tender and it's getting good voltage from what I can tell the tender reads something like 12-14 volts I can get more photos to show voltage.

I have my map and iat sensor plugged into the old maf sensor pigtail with an gm ethanol sensor. I bought the pigtails that ECM tuning makes because I figured that would be better than chopping up wires. should I enable the ethonol sensor? or do I need to edit more settings in the back end?

Loosen the cable until you have a little slack. You don't want the cable pulling the butterfly open at rest. Then loosen the screws on the TPS and rotate it until you see 0.65 volts (since your running DSMLink) and lock it down.

There have been a ton of issue with Omni MAP sensors over the past few years and a few reports of bad ECMTuning cables so check both.

Your battery is dropping to 8+ volts while cranking and in between the ECU is measuring low 12v so again it's something to check.

What fuel is currently in the car and how old is it?

okay I'll try that when I get home with the TPS.

hopefully I don't have any issues with the Omni and or the Cable I bought I'll check them out. I bought them new

it's an older battery so it could be upset about that.

I have 91 no ethonol in it for first start it's a few months old but still is sold and color and smell are fine.

So i messed with the tps and i could get it to .65 but i got it to .63 so i set i there and did the tps adjust and it was a little better. i messed with the ohm 4 bar while it was plugged in and when id mess with the cable nothing would happen and when i would unplug the cable it would go to -28 so I'm not sure if theirs resistance in the wire due to soldering or I'm not getting full voltage but its reading its just reading under for some reason i think i fix the temp thing its reading 77 degrees. I also realized that the negative terminal of the battery tender was off so i had drained the battery. how would you go about diagnosing or trying to figure out the other issues?

Because you are running Speed Density the value for IntTemp is going to be locked at 77F, what you need to watch is GMIAT which is now reading 56F, much better than before.

The MAP sensor (Omni4Bar) is still whacked and this log says your TPS is 0.47v. Turn off TPS adjustments, that isn't helping.

okay can do I'll turn that off, should I just do manual entry of the voltage for the Omni 4 bar?

I'm at a loss as to what that means.

I can think of three things that might is wrong with the MAP sensor. It could be dead, the cables could be, whatever you're using to get the manifold pressure to the sensor might have an issue.

When was it last working correctly?

it's brand new it's been like this from out of the box. for the Omni 4 bar and other map sensor you can manually enter in the data that the ecu needs for it to read properly. my omni 4 is plugged up to the bottom of my intake manifold.
