420A Injector Issues

So my 4th injector isnt working properly or even working at all 1 2 and 3 are working just fine but something seems to be wrong with the 4th one im wondering untill i get the new injectors would it be alright to use stock 420A injectors in my turbo 420A? im running a nice amount of boost with a resistor box not totally sure what size injectors im running now though,, if more info is needed to find my answer please let me know what youll need to know to hep me figure this out

What are you using to tune with?
you would have to compensate for the smaller injectors in your tune. stay out of boost and you should be ok. the smaller injectors won't keep up.

I bought he car like this not totally sure... But i have a aem fms would 450 be ok?
