It runs fine till I get about 4500-5000 rpms then starts kinda sputtering. Anybody I talk to here in town says running too rich at high rpms causing it to cut off fuel.
"everyone in town". You need to do your research like said above. If you have a bigger fuel pump and injectors, you need a tune. Period. DSMLink is your best option. If you don't want to tune it, head to your local yard or we have part outs here weekly with stock parts that you can use for your stock tune.
It has a boost knob controller which way to turn it to bring it down a lil? It's running almost 20lbs before it starts sputteringJust loweyour boost by putting the small boost hose direct to the wastegate on the turbo housing.ifits fuel cut this should help.
EventuallyIf it has a "big" pump in it it would need a Adjustable Fuel Regulator to control the bigger pump so you might want to put that on a list.
like I said I don't have a lot of cash to throw at it right now
.Still don't know about the fuel pump but did find out it has 560cc injectorsHere ya go... https://www.youtube.com/user/Jafromobile. watch all of these videos, you might as well do something that will help you understand these cars, while your waiting for your bank account to fill up.
That's the next thing I'm working on. All I have rigt now is he safc-2 and all dynos are more than an hour away from meyou need to tune up the car
