Ok, so i got my car dynoed and tuned today by AMS (home of the world's fastest evo). They did a great job, however my car did not do so hot. List of mods:
EVO III b16g
SAFC 2
550 cc inj
FMIC
k&n intake
walbro 190 fp
(see the rest in my profile)

RESULT = 240 awhp

What the CRAP!?

Boost leaks? When was the last time you did a compression check? Changed PCV valve? What A/F ratio did they tune for?

compression is fine.......here i'll post my dyno chart:

I know there is something wrong when the graph isn't smooth at all, I can't remember, maybe change the plugs....
what was it...
Something is not right....

they recommended a change of spark plugs ### it misfired as you can see by the 2 green drops. So they changed to coppers and they gapped them right and this is what i got in the red

Do you have a datalogger? Did you make any changes to the car since they tuned it? How exactly does it run like garbage? Is it just low on power or does it run really rough?

at idle it kinda does a "bf bf bf bf bf bf bf bf bf bf bf bf bf bf" kinda like if i would have performance cams, but i don't have performance cams. It's supposed to be a nice smooth "bfffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffff" (i apologize for my descriptions).......it's real rough idle...it was actually doing this before they tuned it

So do you have a datalogger or not?

- timing is good, just got it done
- i have bosch spark plug wires
- i only have an safc, no data logger

ever heard of seafoam?

Somehow I doubt seafoam will be curing his problem.

If I were you, I'd go through the routine maintenance check to make sure your entire system is up to date. Start with boost leaks, fuel checks, maintenance, etc. There is something wrong with that number unless it was on a mustang dyno.

wow, that sucks. I agree, do a boost leak test.
So your on new plugs, what about wires?
Do you have an exhaust leak?
What did it dyno before the tune?

i haven't checked for boost leaks yet. wires are not new, but i don't think that would solve my problem. Before the tune i dynoed at 173 awhp

take them bosch out and swap in ngk bpr7es boiii!

He is running iridium spark plugs guys! Wow, all those decent mods and you are running the spark plugs that is regularly mentioned not to run on turbo dsms? :) Yea swap out and get ngk bpr7es. As well as do all your regular maintenance if you havnt done so already.

Also remember you are AWD so remember the drivetrain loss. Someone mentioned the HP they got on their GS-T. So you could imagine there is a descrepency right there. Not to mention this was only on 18 psi pump gas, with those iridium plugs. Adjust and do what you have to do and I'm sure you could be around 280AWHP with a bit more boost.

240 AWHP doesnt seem so bad taking in all the factors.
