Ok, so i got my car dynoed and tuned today by AMS (home of the world's fastest evo). They did a great job, however my car did not do so hot. List of mods:
EVO III b16g
SAFC 2
550 cc inj
FMIC
k&n intake
walbro 190 fp
(see the rest in my profile)

RESULT = 240 awhp

What the CRAP!?

Also remember you are AWD so remember the drivetrain loss. Someone mentioned the HP they got on their GS-T. So you could imagine there is a descrepency right there. Not to mention this was only on 18 psi pump gas, with those iridium plugs.
just an fyi, TalonTSIDriver is AWD.

Ive run over 26psi on 110 hes fine at 20psi on pump....and im on a stock sidemount still.

:| Thanks for the education but I already knew that. There's a huge difference between 93 octane and 110 octane. Yea, I've ran 32psi on 110 before. Have you tried 93 @26 psi? I don't think so. Running loads of boost on a stock sidemount is not the smartest idea either.

I was just saying my turbo is making power at 26psi, its not like I go highway racing on a stock sidemount with that much boost. Its been to 30psi a few times and holds boost till reldine..

Wow I want your turbo, mine wont hold 30psi it bleeds down to 25psi by 5k.I did not think it was possible for a internal gate to hold that much boost.

Well it holds to factory redline, sorry for not being more clear. But at 30 it only dropped to 27psi.

I do hold 26psi rock soild to 7,500 im going with a external gate setup soon. I have no boost creep at all but I just dont like internal gates..

Wow...that is one tough EVO III. If it does hold that much to redline, I don't think it would make a difference going external.

I'm thinking my settings right now are close to where they should be because my intake cam was off a few teeth. Hopefully i can bump up the boost a few more pounds because i was misfiring at 20 psi with the bad timing

Glad to hear you have it running properly. Before increasing the boost, I suggest getting a data logger. You'll be surprized how much easier it makes things... :)

Its a awsome running car, its moving out really good for what the car is. Im putting in 9:1 compression pistons and eagle rods right now im waiting for the motor to get done. Im hoping I can make as much power as I can with the EVO.

To many people dont max out there setups nowa days and dont setup there cars right, im sqeezing all I can outta it.;) EVO3 is a nice turbo, after this I plan on going up to a GT35R full Garret setup. But thats not anytime soon, the new thing is 50trim this and that and people arnt even using ther 16Gs to full potianal and people are forgeting about a well setup car should perform..

Yep, I maxed out my EVO III too. Before moving up to a 35R. I also finished that and then went to a 70 ;)

Just got back from the dyno. They had to tune it a bit because I was running a little too rich. But 264 awhp/261 lb ft @ 19psi is what I got. Overall, not too bad. Much happier than last time! Still room for improvement though. I'm gonna pick up some HKS cams this summer so I should be close to 300 awhp :thumb:

Much better numbers. Honestly, I was hoping or thinking that you would be at least 300. Hope the cams help out a lot.

I have alot of the same basic mods except I have a 255lph pump and on 18psi im putting down 278 with easy at the wheels, try going with a bigger pump and what kind of boost controller are you using cause you might me leaking off , as far as how your car sounds I would change your plugs to the NGK's and get some new wires ,,,, fo sho....
