Yep, your right. You can convert to roughly actual lbs/min by factoring in your correction percentage off the SAFC. I ran about 28 lbs/min max at 6400 rpm where my SAFC was at -21%. 28 x 1.21 = 33.88 lbs/min roughly on 93 pump gas ~18psi.

Why does everybody else's spike and then drop like a double black diamond run? I'd like to know how to make a nice torque curve like that
If I did dyno, I'd do it on race gas, anyway.
