Again with the weirdness...

Note the STFT and LTFT in this idle log. Err, what?

Why'd we make you a "wiseman" again? :)

Bastard.

Is the bov still leaking? Where it is leaking does the hose go after the maf for the source? If yes to both questions that could explain the fuel trims and the high vacuum that the boostest is showing. If not, then I would have to say this is one for the dsmlink forums.

Still leaking, extra nipple vented, before the MAF. :(

Dave implied the same thing on the Link forums, but I haven't heard anything since reporting that the extra nipple is not (nor has it ever been) plumbed back.

I just found your thread on there and replied so it would show up as new for other people. Sorry I can't help with this one.:coy:

Sooo, a few shortened vacuum lines and a new BOV later...:D

Lo looks great. Do a cruise log during 100-120hz and 250-400hz to see where the other two are at.

PS: Good news, the car started today. I am waiting on a new dsmlink cable and then will be able to make the drive out there.

Good Saturday, eh Pat? I'll get some cruise logs soon.

I'm grabbing those logs today. I'm seriously thinking boost leak or wastegate issue for my slow spool issues I've been seeing. May also explain the BOV release issue from the other thread.

Need to get/make a tester. :(

Even worth posting these right now?

BLTd the car this Friday. Held up to about 19lbs with no leaks until I blew the tester apart. :p I'll make another one soon since I bought out AutoZone of all their 2pc metal tire valves.

Back to logging, but I imagine the previous "slider logs" are nearly dead nuts as no changes to the intake system have been made.

Ever feel like you're chasing your tail? Found a coupler that didn't leak during the BLT, but was physically loose. Odd or hairspray induced? Who knows.

50 and 150hz logs attached. Gonna get cruise logs tonight or tomm.

What in the...I swear it was at 148 when I hit f12.

50hz with the slider dropped and another (or first?) 150hz.

LTFT mid is only activated around 75Hz to around 120Hz. LTFT Hi is a 1G only fuel trims and it is active at 120Hz+ until you exit closed loop operation.

But the LTFT mid value is still somewhat controlled by BOTH the 50Hz and 150Hz sliders since the 75Hz-120Hz values are interpolated inbetween those two sliders. This is why you use Deadtime adjustments in conjunction with changes to the 50 and 150Hz sliders to fine tune the Lo and Mid fuel trims.

Fuel trims look good enough. Leave them alone.

Log from this morning. Boost was right around 21lbs...BOOSTEST is way off.

I'm also noticing that the signal from the WB is all cool until I'm WOT. The A/F on the WB gauge was off the gauge rich, and Link sees it as high 11s.

Make me faster...GO!
:p

BOOSTEST is way off.

I would say so. I hate to say this and I know you will hate to hear it. Your boostest might be that far off from a boost leak after the maf.

First thing to do is lower your 2400hz slider about 10%. Based on the amount of air your flowing (mafraw) you might want to think about setting up a ve table.
