check engine light wont go on

ive searched for a long time but couldnt find anything. when i turn the key to on the check engine light comes on to let it know its working i start the car and no matter what sensor i pull the check engine light wont come on. and in mmcd my o2 voltage wont change and its a newer sensor and my fuel trims wont change. i cant figure this out.
and its on a 92 talon turbo no mods that would effect any of this to happen

A bad ecu would do that, check it out.

Check the fuses under the hood and/or swap the bulb out in the cluster, it could be blown.

the light goes on to show its on but goes off and doesnt throw codes. every fuse is good.

Disconnect the MAF, turn the ignition on, do not crank, wait for CEL.

Atleast you wont throw codes for stuff like a full exhuast and what not but agree with the above statements^ it would be my guess also.

no dont got link. i have maft but i dont think that would do it. but figured out the o2 sensor was completly dead. this just worries me there has to be a cel for something with this car
