man talk about an ebay special car LOL. As long as it works roll with it. Keep an eye on that manifold, I had the same one and it cracked a few different times in a few different spots.
 
I dont how it works where you live but my grandfather had problems when failing emmissions in maryland. He had a jeep that would never pass and they kept making him take the test. He was charged 13 dollars a month for a test but was allowed to keep the car on the road.

In colo we have to pay 25$ a pop. No pass no drive.
 
With all the mods you realy need something better than a piggy back system. Short of that you may need to put it back to stock to pass than put performance parts back on.:(
