I dont know much about emissions testing, but I know its required here in PA. I want to know how all these guys with o2 eliminator DP and/or no-cat DP and/or external o2 dumps pass emissions? Maybe it isnt required in some states? Anyone know what I can get away with and still be legal here in PA? Looking at some TBE and want to know my options. Thanks. :talon:

i live in cali, if emissions was important anywhere, it would be here. All u do is pass emissions with ur stock stuff, swap whatever u want on there, test pipe, external wastegate, o2 dump, and for 2 years enjoy the hell out of it. When emissions time comes just swap the old stock stuff back on, simple as that.

Though there is the matter of the po po pulling u over with the aftermarket shit and them telling u to do emissions, if they pull u over and see ur o2 dump tube, external wastegate, and take the time to get on their knees to check ur cat, then they will send u to get a thorough emissions check. Thats bad cause they also give u tickets for whatever u dont have, non-cat tickets can get expensive, but as long as u have ur car lowered enough they wont want to get under their and look at it.

Its not that big of a deal just try not to get pulled over and if u do dont let him see the test pipe LOL
