Bought a 95 talon tsi fwd need help

So i recently bought a 95 eagle talon tsi fwd turbo the kid i bought it from said all that needs done is the intake/ turbo set up put back in. The thing is this is my first vehicle that isnt a chevy so i have no clue what im doing as far as installing the stock turbo and injectors plus the boost gauge or the air filter system if there is a direction anyone could point me in as to how to install all that mentioned i would much appreciate it since I'm learning as i go being self taught.. god bless and thanks in advance i attached photos of the engine bay as well as the description of the guy i bought it from

Looks like a lot to take on tbh. Turbo is there. That manifold is for an external wastegate and the turbo that’s on the car is most likely internally gated. Even if you block the wg hole, it may not work with the current set up. If it doesn’t fit, look for a stock 2g manifold. You also need an intake manifold & throttle body as well. I recommend checking the compression before putting money into it.

That's the completely wrong exhaust manifold. That's a T3 manifold and you need either a 1g/2g/evo 3 or FP manifold to name a few.
