So I just bought an evo8 16g and stock evo8 injectors for my 2g 6 bolt 99 gst, I need the hot side for the turbo unfortunately, and I'm trying to find a place to get a new, or in good shape used one. Any help would be awesome. Also trying to figure out why when I turn on my AC compressor my engine drops in performance big time, not sure if it's an alternator issue or a TPS issue and I need to turn it up. At idle, it goes from about 1200 to 500-750. Lastly, I'm trying to find out what pieces I need to get to bolt this up to my engine. I know of course the exhaust mani, and gaskets. But other than that I'm new.

if you are looking for used one, easiest place to find is evolutionm.net
bunch of 9.8 and 10.5 cm^2 hotsides there

I would recommend selling it and then look into buying a evo3 16g.

That's unfortunate, thanks for your honesty everyone. Unfortunately just had some parts break out of nowhere so it's actually sitting in a shop to get those fixed.. This project is currently on hold as of Friday. So I'm throwing the new injectors on and hoping things aren't worse than I thought in the engine. Do know that I had water in my transmission fluid somehow though.. Already some ideas on how it happened.. For anyone following I'll update periodically.

Update for anyone following the thread. Got the ball joint and cv shaft repaired, the cv shaft split so it looked like a mess to me. Thought it had completely come out of the trans. Tow truck driver was a moron and knocked the jack out from under the hub assembly and shoved the stock intercooler up, smashing the intake tube. I was only able to find one on ebay, ordered it and installed it. Now I don't have an oil pressure reading on my gauge. Upon determining that I had oil circulating through the engine, we decided to drive it to my other buddy's house where I can do more work without worrying about it being there, the old one is kind of a hack when it comes to my vehicles. Since moving it I've gotten a good few parts in to upgrade. Yesterday I threw drilled and slotted rotors on all 4, and on my way home picked up a new oil pressure sensor, hoping to install that on my break from classes later today. With the amount of blue smoke that I was blowing after it sat for the week and a half, even after warm up and drive, I've decided to do a break down and rebuild after compression/leakdown testing to determine if my rings are good or not. It is what is suspected. I have the 6 bolt main on a 2g engine, all stock internals to my knowledge other than that. I need some help figuring out where to get the gaskets in their entirety. Any help is greatly appreciated.
Thanks in advance
-Cory
