16G turbo Bolt

Does anybody know hwere I can get the bolt that holds the band clamp together. I was putting my turbo back together today and over torqued it like a jackass. Please help fast

err... you mean the clamp that holds the intake snorkle onto the compressor inlet? just get a worm clamp or T clamp or something at the hardware store...

No the clamp that holds the compressor housing to the turbine housing. :thumbdown

I've never taken my turbo apart or anyting, but is this just a regular bolt? Just take the bad one to Home Depot or something... they have fitment guides where you can match threads and such.

Nah it's not a normal bolt. Can't be found at home depot.

mine looked like a regular 8mm [ head ] bolt to me

you must be talking about a different bolt. The bolt I'm talkin about has a circular head, and the shaft is shaped to fit into a square in the band clamp. The nut is a 10mm.

no you're right. it was late when i posted that.

I cant imagine why a regular nut/bolt with 2 washers can't work though
