4g63 n/t ....turbo header+turbo stock maf + stock ecu

hi

i swap my 4g13 to a 4g63 n/t 1g for a year now, a couple of month ago im installing evo 4 header , garret honeywell turbo charger ,factory intercooler (evo 2) , and piping.

but i have a doubt....

considering i will boost 5 psi for the moment ,
Do i HAVE TO change the n/t maf if im using the stock n/t ecu?
when i upgrade my injectors, can i just control them whit safc2?
what problems could i have if i just use stock maf and stock ecu boosting 5 psi?


i have read all the info i can get , but i cant found any answers to this.
i have no chance to get a factory turbo engine, and before import a turbo maf and ecu (for do the 7 wire and knock sensor) i like to know if i can use the basic setup as i say.

Run my turbo setup whit bone stock electronics (ecu , maf)
i already start the car and seem to work fine, but i need to know if n/t maf and n/t ecu will do the job for 5 psi
 
I never did that I would get a turbo maf If your running a turbo set up or even close to it, for 5psi hard to say but why not get everything you need for a turbo set up if your running boost? Either keep it non turbo or get a turbo car that's just me, if it runs fine now I would just drive it and see how it works, plenty of parts out there for a turbo set up.

anyway i like to know , in theory what can goes wrong whit the n/t maf (what difference is whit the turbo maf except for the 7 wire)
 
I have a friend who ran his with map setup on n/a bl9ck with n/a pistons turbo head factory turbo parts in a turbo car. Said he had a/f issues with the n/a maf and ran 12psi safely for 3 years. So from the info I've collected I would agree with the previous use a turbo maf or go speed density or map. (Factory maf aren't hard to find) got a few myself.
