Very nice numbers. How you guys get that turbo to hold so much boost? Does it hold all the way to redline? What kind of wastegate setup if you dont mind me asking? Ive always been scared to push a 16g past 28psi, I wonder how long she can take it.

I'm wondering about the pump gas too. It's not voodoo magic like you said, making simply astonishing numbers on race gas. What about pump? Anything along the lines of say 91 to 94 octane...

Congrats, but due to my conspiracy theorist thinking i have to ask "what's in the logs that we cant' see?"

Pulse width would do us no good except if we were to judge the setting from injector size and be able to determine if it was alcohol or petrolium based fuel.. Other than that there's really onlyt timing and airflow that would give any of us a clue as to what's going on, and if all as is said it is, that shouldn't be a secret at all...No i'm not being a dik, just my thoughts on why we can't see logs, or you can't post them..

Very impressive to say the least, but whenever there's a secret, there's more to the story than is being told. I wanna see a pass down the track, that will tell the real story

There was a pump gas run posted here before on the same car I believe but before the high compression motor. It was somewhere in the 400whp neighborhood, perhaps 397?

Thanks for the compliments guys and I'll get back to all the PMs tonight. I just got back from the race at Atco about an hour ago.

Curt only made two passes on Sunday, both with botched launches w/ 60's in the 2.0 range (car usually 60's in the sub 1.40s) and went a best of 10.5 at 134mph.

We'll be back at the track on Friday to try again!

As for the logs, its just not somthing I share. I make a living tuning cars, so it would be like Bush's giving you their reciepe for the beans, just ain't goin happen!

As for the pump gas numbers, right off the street on 93 octane at 21psi the car made 438awhp, dyno sheet attached.

Very nice indeed, I know what you mean on the logs. but i would still like to ahve a peek at the timing curve (probably the most secret part) I don't make my sole living tuning cars, but about 1/4 of my total income is from setting up ECU's and tuning them. Although mainly on porsche track cars, but it's all relative.

Was there at the track day with Wayno and Curt and I'd have to say it was a pretty crappy day for runs. We were there all damn day for 2 runs If friday is a test and tune at Quaker should have a much better shot of hitting some good times. Car is definately impressive to say the least, even with the bad launches. I have a couple vids of the runs if Curt's interested in me posting them.

134mph!!! Excellent! At 500whp, that is on par with a fwd or other 2700ish lb car.
