Any easy-ish ways to gain a bit of power on the 420a? I don't mind putting in a bit of work since I'll be riding my motorcycle to work in no time now. But what's everyone else doing to them?

What throttle body are you using? 60mm off of what?Start with getting a 60mm throttle body. I actually have an extra that needs to be modified. Message me if interested in that, but you'll also need to bore the plenum opening to approximately 58-59mm. Doing this will remove some of the 420A's airflow restriction. I still had the stock computer installed when I performed this modification for the first time. This will greatly increase throttle response.
It's from a 4.0L Mopar Jeep engine. We use this because it shares the same IAC and TPS as the 420A. I have an extra in good condition, it just needs the throttle shaft swapped over and bolt holes expanded. What throttle body are you using? 60mm off of what?
Yes, essentially. It's also useful to set up an adjustable throttle stop. I can post pictures of what a finished setup looks like.So you swap the shaft from our throttle body and bore the holes for the 4.0 bolts?
Very similar in geometry and orientation. But the 420A throttle plate is just shy of 48mm and the 4.0L throttle plate is just shy of 60mm.Yeah those look almost identical
I'd argue that, the difference is not even noticeableBest bang for your buck is gonna be an Underdrive pulley, I’ve got one on my car and I can get the part # for the belts if you need it
