Ok my friends 1G won't start everything is turning over as should and the starter and alt are new. As soon as you stop cranking the key it blows a 30amp fuse. At first he was a oron and that the wires setup in order 1234 but I swapped them to the correct order. It also has a new AEM fuel rail and 680 injectors, but I don't think fuel is the problem.

Which fuse

Ok there are three fuses hooked up right on the positive wire right on the terminal it is the one farthest left if anyone else has that setup, its 30a. Also I watched it blow while he tried to start the car everything was ok untill he stoped crankin.

On 1Gs without ABS the block on the positive terminal has three fusable links. ABS cars have four.

From left to right they are:
30A Ignition Switch
30A Radiator Fan Motor
20A MPI
(60A ABS)

If your blowing the Ignition fuse there are tons of possible causes but I can't think of why it would blow when you return from the START position but not when you first went through RUN to START.

Yeah me to because it turns over fine and makes the starting sound or at least the trying to start sound but it won't ignite, plugs, wires, its all good, I can't figure it out!

One of the things I noticed while working on clutch safety switch wiring for stutterboxes is that the ignition switch grounds the output of the START terminal when it's not in that position.
Perhaps the ignition switch is bad and it's shorting the power to that ground when it goes from on to off on the START terminal.
