Solution
The plug in the first pic goes to the emissions control solenoids.
1. exhaust gas recirculation (EGR) control solenoid
2. fuel pressure solenoid
3. purge control solenoid valve

The last picture goes to the AC line and the boost solenoid (boost solenoid has the tape on it).

The boost solenoid is not needed if you have a way to control and regulate boost pressure MBC or something like that. The emissions plug by the drivers side upper firewall is not needed if your DSM has had the vac hose/emissions delete.

dented_coffee got it correct.

The top plug on the second picture plugs into the A/C sightglass. I'm assuming your A/C has been removed?

You can remove all of those plugs plus several more if you wanted to. You could also just tape them to the rest of the harness just so they aren't hanging around. On my car I removed them all the way to the ECU but that was with the wiring harness out of the car.

Here is a tech article that I wrote about what I did to my engine wiring harness including what plugs I removed.

Hope this helps!

In the last picture the blue and black wire in the nomex woven sleeve. Them appear to be your cooling fan wires. I would take that tape off of there and at least put a butt connecting cap on it. If you really wanna do it correctly then solder and heat shrink tube them for a water tight seal to avoid corrosion and head aches.
