I am rebuilding my stock 7 bolt 8v 4g64 engine out of a 1995 Mitsubishi Mighty Max. I can't seem to find any rod cap bolts or main bolts for this engine. Only for the 4g63. Do y'all know where I can find some or should I just reuse my factory ones?

Have you considered reaching out to ARP?
A quick google search, according to a few random vendors, tuns up ARP main studs 207-5401 fit both 4g63 and 4g64.
Mitsubishi ASA doesn't list a Mighty Max, but does list a Montero Sport with a 4g64. Here's the data for a Montero Sport:

On STMTuned, the ARP 207-5401 stud kit show it's an upgrade to the three part numbers (MD177374, MD153368, MD183236) from above. https://stmtuned.com/products/207-5401-arp-main-studs-4g63-evo-dsm

The Might Max is the “Truck” in ASA. Either of the K05T or K15T models came with the 4G64.

For a 1995 Mighty Max, the main bolts are (8) with part number MD153368 and (2) with part number MD183236. Both part numbers are listed as M10 x 70mm long, presumably with a 1.25mm pitch.

Both part numbers are common with 7-bolt 4G6# DSMs.

Connecting rod bolts are MD193029, listed as M8 x 55.1 mm long, also presumably with a 1.25mm pitch.

This one is also the same as other 7-bolt 4G6# DSMs.

So, ARP hardware for a 7-bolt DSM would be safe.

Ok, thank you all so much. So, should I get the main studs or the main bolt kit? Also, for the head bolts, which ARP ones should I get? Should I get the 207-3900 for the 4g63 7 bolt? Or should I get the 207-4203 head studs for the 4g63 7 bolt? I have an SOHC 8 valve head if that matters.

MD191472 for the 1995 Mighty Max 4G64 head bolts. They are M11 x 1.25mm pitch and 118 mm long. Unfortunately, that’s about 20mm longer than the DSM 7-bolt.

I looked for studs for the 8V in my Delica and had no luck.
Custom from ARP or a machinist is your only bet there. If youre not boosting the engine studs would be overkill, I think.
Is this going in a truck?
