That holset isn't and HX83, They have cast iron covers cause of Ti compressor wheel. It's not HX82 either, cause of no webbing. It's like a h2c or something. That starion setup sure doesn't look like a 10.71 setup unless the car weighs 1900lbs.

An S200sx in a divided T4 housing is a perfect base turbo IMO. Pretty fast spool and no MWE grooves so the piping can be cleaner.

I kinda thought so too. The hotside is a little big at 1.22 but its what I got for now. What do you mean by MWE grooves?

I'm just going by what the numbers on the holset cover are telling me. Its a 29cm T6 divided housing. I could be wrong but I'll check again tomorrow. I could've sworn its a HX8- series. If I am false, I apologize for misleading everybody. *** Its a BHT4C, its in the same family as the HX8- series*** I was completely wrong.

About the Starion, it sits at 2,000lbs and some change.

I can get 1.15 and 1.00 housings for that for like $180 if you want move down a size or two. I actually might know someone who is interested in the 1.22 housing

I used 1.5" SCH 40 pipe from ACE Stainless Supply.

So reading through this again, I still don't see where you have listed or hinted at a goal of any sort. What's the plan? If this is a stick shift car, and still plan on compounds.. you may not want to get rid of that 1.22 housing if the S200sx is to be used as your Secondary/HP Stage.

That's the issue. I don't know where to begin besides the AWD conversion and the compound setup. I'd be happy with a 10 second car that is still very agile in road racing.
