Alright my balance shaft belt broke on my 4g37 and and I'm trying to fix it. I've got it all the it down to the timing belt removed, but I can't find the timing mark on the crankshaft pulley. Do I have to remove the center bolt on it to find the mark? Or should I just forget the balance shaft belt?

Should be a "V" groove on the inner flange of the balance belt sprocket that points up to the "arrow" mark on the oil pump cover.

You have to remove the main crank sprocket to do the balance belt since you can't pass the belt under the balance crank sprocket due to the block casting is right there.
