Spyder ‘96 Spyder 2.4l Strange Noise

My 4g64 started making a strange sound last night. There is a clicking noise that sounds like it’s coming from somewhere around the intake manifold. Every time the clicking sound occurs the engine shakes and the exhaust sputters. I am in no way a mechanic, so please forgive me if it’s something stupid. I have attached a video to show what is happening

Generally speaking, you should check for injectors, ISC, spark leak from spark plug wires or coils. If not, lifters, too. Those are the ones commonly making the clicking/tapping-ish sounds and would affect the engine stability when it goes bad.
