Spyder Looking for new, OEM motor mounts for 98 Eclipse Spyder 2.4L Manual

Hey guys, I am looking for 2 out of the 5 motor/trans mounts for my 1998 Spyder 2.4L manual trans car. I have the other 3, but am still looking for the

1. Engine right side mount: MB844274
2. Transmission mount: MR223344
Many of the various Mitsubishi direct parts, factory parts, etc websites have these mounts listed as available or in stock but they actually are not and are discontinued/obsolete.

Does anyone have any leads or advice on where any of these new, oem mounts may still be for sale?

You can get them from RockAuto.com but of course they are not OE parts. The issue with our cars is most of the parts are becoming obsolete and if you do find OE parts they are really expensive. I bought motor mounts from RockAuto for my son's 2G that we are rebuilding and they are just like factory.
