Is this too much movement after installing new motor mounts? I got them from Oreillys, labeled as “Solid” with Rubber insides. Here is a video attachment of me shifting into gears to show said movement. Lots of cabin vibration especially when car is cold

If it's OE type engine mounts you shouldn't have any vibration like what is in the video. I've heard of solid mounts having all kinds of issues with vibrations etc
They are classified as OE (Solid) when I purchased them, but I hope they soften over time because they are brand new after all. I really dont wanna have to spend the extra money for OEM since the budget is pretty high for those.

I am not an expert but I agree with you. Possible the mount you installed is bad. Are all the bolts tight to spec? My motor mounts are twenty years old and they don't move that much. What the heck is that rattling sound.
The mounts were all checked out before installation; no cracks, dents, rips, etc. My old ones were cracked but didnt vibrate as bad. The sound is the vibration after being put in gear

Heres a reference picture for new and old rear engine mount specifically
