Im not sure if this is where i should post this but I wanted to know what are some good polyurethane motor mounts and transmission mounts for an automatic eclipse gst? Or should I just get the motor mount inserts instead?

What are you doing with the car? You should be aware solid polyurethane mounts add to vibration etc. If this isn't a concern for you prothane makes inserts but they are listed as manual trans only. torque solutions also make a full replacement and Energy suspension makes a partial insert. If this is a street car you may also consider stock replacements.

The energy suspension insert long ago we started using a large washer on either side so it would keep the insert sucked tight with that. I am trying to think as last year we did a swap on a car manual to auto and we found a prothane insert that fit and worked with the auto mount. I will try to dig it up as i am sure many would be interested in the bushing that was used.

Well i did look into the prothane and they said they only work for the maunal trans axle and not for the auto
