$478 shipped to me. An I'm not done yet, I still need to find motor mount bolts or the size to find harden bolts from my local depot.

Soo he sold you this as a "shell with extras" and these are the extras? How much did you get it for.

Sounds like a good deal if the price was good :thumb:

Wait, are these parts that are missing or that you need to buy? Sorry it's late and i'm cramming for a test tommorow LOL.

Spending almost $500 for mostly bolts is just ridiculous. Most DSMers have those parts laying around in their garage. Heck, I've seen TheDSMGraveyard sell 10lb boxes of assorted DSM bolts for around $20. Anytime you go to the Dealership for parts you're going to get ripped off. Go to your local hardware store, junkyard or contact a local DSMer.

Nice find, seller should've been nice gave you the bolts. Jnztuning is oem dealer, lowest prices for oem parts better than local dealer.

How much you paid for it and can we see pictures. Try your local pullapart they might let you have them for free, some yards around me are nice like that.

I wish I had a "sponsored by ecology" (my local junkyard) sticker. Oh missing bolt? Time to go down to the junkyard and not pay full price.

Those prices are from graveyard I'd love to find a place to buy a 10lb box of dsm bolts anyone kno where? I use to have a box of bolts before I moved out on my own an my dad throw them away, I understand I shouldn't be surprised about not having the bolts but it still does shock me how stupid some people are when it comes to it. I traded a 96 s10 that I did a 350 swap an racing drive line on.

It's actually clean as hell no rust or dirt. I can get better pics tomorrow after work. No rust anywhere on the car an only a small dent on the driver fender I can work out.

I had the same issue, i bought a car that was completly taken aparts, except by the time i got it back together and runnig, i had a 20lb box full of extra bolts and nuts.

Weight Reduction FTMFW

I meant like maybe a wire tuck, and get rid of some of the useless components.

I ALWAYS have extra bolts after I do anything...
sketchy much? LOL

I was really cool with the guy at the parts counter at the mitsubishi dealership even know I never bought anything. When it came to bolts I always had him look up the size and I would write it down. Then I would go to the hardwear store and pick up the bolt that I needed for a lot less than the dealer.

Just an option.

I planned on doing that anyways. I'm in the middle of moving so I need to find a place to store it inside.

Also look at your list. You have arp bolts through out thats about half of that 500 your talking about. Those are upgraded hardware that the previous wouldn't have supplied anyway. And you have everything listed as new. You could probably find half if not all of the rest used for less the $100. I'd say you got a good deal and for bolts homedepot can be your friend.

I know most are arp but If i'm buying main, rods, an head bolts/stud I might as well buy the arp and have one's I can reuse and rated for decent boost.

An master jared thanks, I;ll shoot you a text tomorrow with a few things to see if you have them.

You should of seen these two gst's this guy brought me to make one car of two. I did not even have enough bolts in both cars to make a whole car. I had to use a lot of my 40lb bucket of bolts just to get one running.
