I was wonder what turbo be better hx35 or 16g turbo and I was what I all would need to one of these setups 95 talon tsi

I guess my goal is about 400 hp something like a weekend and maybe drive little bit on weekdays car to have fun on...

I have a turbo sitting around I bought with some parts buy don't know what it is and the numbers on it isTd05h and 491 780-1420

What would be theSuppporting mods, boost and tune for a street car

You could find a happy medium by running the EVO III 16g with the larger FP 8cm turbine housing. This would give you some more top end to play with :D You can also upgrade the turbine completely and go with the MHI TD06 or TD06H inside the 8cm housing.

Right now... I have cold air intake, 3 in exhaust and link, intercooler, walbro 255 sitting that needs to be put on oh and that... so turbo is really 16g not a ebay one or anything... what other parts would I need like injector and maybe a boost controller and would headers help out does or stay with stock one

also a upgraded fuel pressure regulator for the 255 when you install that, skip headers for now unless $$$ is on your side, if you go cheap on them they will be just that cheap and weak guaranteed to crack, injector upgrade too

get that wideband first though

I got a 16g and its great!
If u wonder what is why u are noob in this, so go for the 16g...

Shop around as there are other options than just those two turbos. Your best bet would be to do a bunch of research and decide what kind of car you are looking to build. Don't pick a turbo until you've figured out exactly what your plans are.
