Does anyone know where the blower motor is located on the 2g? If i turn the blower to any speed (max, min, anywhere), all I get is a tiny bit of air that comes out, barely even enough to feel. Does this sound like a blower motor or just a relay?

It's behind/under the glove box. passenger dash area It's held in by like three bolts. You can tell it's the blower motor by the round shape and the large connector going into it.

Sounds like it's bad, check the voltage at the connector before replacing the motor. This will determine whether it's the relay or the fan itself. The voltage will be between 8-12 volts depending on the fan speed setting if the relay is good.

If you could take a picture of your blower motor I would be ecstatic, I've been working on my 2g for 4yrs and still haven't found the one on my car. :idontknow:

Ok cool thanks, Ill take a pic and post it if I can find it! I found one other forum on the topic and it made it sound like I would have to rip apart my entire dash to get to it.

The problem ended up being nothing more than a blown fuse.

PITA warning: this screw marked in the picture :banghead:

I found an open end wrench to be most successful, for me anyways.
