I have these 2 heads and intake manifolds. I would like to know which is a 6 bolt and 7 bolt. Or are they both the same and just turbo and non-turbo variants?

What you have there isn’t a 6 bolt vs 7 bolt difference, those are 1g vs 2g differences. The large port head and intake manifold are from a 1g, smaller port stuff is from a 2g. 1g 7 bolt engines had the large intake ports and the heads were the same as a 6 bolt head aside from the bottom 2 corner manifold studs being larger and the head bolt holes being slightly smaller. 1g 7 bolt intake manifolds were the same as what would be found on a 6 bolt. Common misconception and confusion.

Awesome ! Thanks for the info! Do you know if the 2g stuff is worth keeping if all im looking for is 450hp on a small sized turbo to keep it responsive. Would the 2g small port flow better? Or should I stick to the bigger ports?

Not to mention if I have to changed up my harness to fit 2g sensors I might jsut stick to the 1g stuff for simplicity...

It’s not hard to use the 2g stuff on a 1g, if going on a 6 bolt the head bolt holes need to be opened up a little bit. For your horsepower goal the 1g stuff will do just fine, hard to say which would be more efficient getting there, many say the 2g stuff is better for small turbo situations but for what you’re looking to do differences likely wouldn’t be very noticeable. There would be no differences in sensors used if you decided to use the 2g stuff so no modifications to your harness would be necessary.
