I would for cheap reassurance. Felpro composite gasket and standard ARP’s will go a long way. Might not be necessary to do studs for your goals but it’s a good “why not while you’re in there anyway” type of deal.

Studs are worth it, just the regular ones will do for your goals (not the extra expensive L19).
