Battery powered, cause - when the battery gets tired - I'm usually tired too. ;-)I use a wire brush threaded on an angle grinder when I don't use the media blaster. It's faster than one in a drill cordless or otherwise.
I did resort to a chemical rust dissolver on my cast iron rear rotors - that worked well. Still needed spinning SS brushes to finish it.Unless I'm pressed for time I think I've given up on abrasive rust removal. I knock off the crusty stuff and the rest.... Evaporust for the win. I haven't gone so far as a 5 gallon bucket but i see it in my future. Gallon will do for now.

.
One day ill do that but makes a good sleeper as is for now8Painted some of the car today looks much better until next time

On the positive side...Ive been pretty good about not scoring the insides so far
Update:
Both knuckles out. All bushing out of the passenger side. Picked up some wire wheel attachments for my angle grinder for blasting this rust off.
Sweet Je#()* I've recovered anchors off the lake floor with less crust. I'd go for chemical warfare in a bucket!Fu#$#ng muthe%$#@ %@$#& *&#% @%#!
