What did you do to your DSM today?

Looked at the Fuel pump rewire kit from STM and pondering buying a soldering gun to assemble it.

I changed the "sock" on my Walbro fuel pump. It's been on there for over 5 years now and I want to make sure I'm getting plenty of fuel to feed my speed. On a 1g FWD its a lot harder then on a AWD. You have to drain and lower the tank. None of that reach it though the back seat stuff. Anyways, here are some pics:

I swapped 02 housings and re-greased one of my upper ball joints.

I swapped the housings mostly for fun, the ball joint was done because I noticed an issue when I jacked up the car for the 02 housing. Ok, not really for "fun" but nothing any of you guys would care about.

Today, in the middle of a wind storm that kept lifting the open hood and threatening to drop it on me, I changed out the stock Mitsubishi plug wires for some fancy blue NGKs.

It should be a good time, I got a few things I'm going to see about trying out, I'm rather excited, just have to endure the back orders and waiting on some pistons

Took me a bit to find one I liked, and have a set up planned out already. Will definitely do up one of those blog things when the time comes, until then, just going to keep to myself

I snapped 3 out of 4 turbo to exhaust manifold bolts today when I was fixing an oil leak. I now get to remove them and tap for new threads, hopefully I don't need to helicoil my flange...

Pulled off my BOV only to find the gasket that mitsu sold me is the wrong one, as well as the UIP i bought has two holes drilled in it that I'm unsure how to seal...

Also worried the wind storm here is gonna make working on my car hazardous.

separated the tie rod ends and ball joints for the control arms and started to prep them for clean up and paint.

I continued trying to track down my boost leak, hooked up my oil pressure gauge, and continued trying to find my boost leak.

replaced Three coolant hoses one was leaking..and radiator cap it was leaking too..

In the middle of doing a coolant flush to prepare for summer. Also installed new OEM rad hoses.

Addemendum to my post. I made a sheet metal gasket to block off some holes in a flange.

Wohh... That's a pricey fix; gonna' be at least $1000! Damn DSMs!

I fixed (I hope) the leaks in the hatch on my '94 (my pretty car that I never drive). I guess I'll have to wait for some rain to see.

took off my dead wide band o2 off ordered a new one i might install it Monday

adjusted my clutch pedal and stared at it for a while waitind for my New Jay racing, alternator bracket to come in the old one snap in half like a twig on the dyno.
