What did you do to your DSM today?

Went outside. Asked why did your water pump replacement have to cost so much? Sat in the driver seat and cried a little. Rubbed the dash said it was okay and told it 2 more weeks and it be back on the rode!! ^.^

Fianlly got my transmission back & installed from being rebuilt, owned my DSM or just over a year and only three months road time, good save on the mileage ... but really who takes 7 months to fufill their transmission warrenty??

I bought it, LOL. Well, I gave my buddy the first half of what I owe him, I'll give him the rest next payday. Until then I'm reading my new chilton's haha

Took the car cover off today for the first time since November!
I only have two jack-stands so I took the two front wheels to get the new tires mounted on them.

She's flying!

The front passenger axle was missing a cotter pin because the 1.25" nut covering it is rusted shut covering the cotter pin hole. Its currently soaking in Liquid Wrench so hopefully I can move it.

Put on the summer rims on the hatch, put in a afpr and gauge. Was going to install a spare 255 I had laying around after getting the tank out of the car I came to find out some one put a 255 pump in it many years ago so I just put it all back toghter and called it good.

Just recently rebuilt my DSM after a rod bearing failing. Everything is back in the engine. My oil feed line for my T25 turbo was all kinked up. Ordered a SS one, but still am waiting on it. Went to the garage today to put on the old oil feed line to remedy until the new one came. The I could finally start my car for the first time again!

Got to close to screwing it in the line to the oil filter housing, and it twisted and snapped. I rushed out from under the car in a screaming shitfit, throw my wrench on the floor and left. :banghead:

Tuned a little with the safc and got some "new" used tires put on. Doing alignment tomorrow morning and some more tuning.

replaced the coolant overflow return line. My original one had the old clamp from the factory which just decided to give up on me as we hit 70 degrees today in Chicago. Now my car doesnt overheat, and also does not steam from said hose :)
