I don't think that was the issue, he's already used to SI units. The silly needle was in the way on the top one so it's not a literacy issue either. Just a difficult picture unless you zoom or look close.I think Curt was meaning that they are measured in Bars not lbs
Man I love this community. You're the man brother. I'll take anything I can getI still have those Greddy gauges in use (The EGT and Boost that is). I still may have the OG paper work, I can go look through my stuff in the next couple days. Sensor->Brain box->Gauge. They have Peak/Hold feature as well as a warning, they came with a little tool to set the warning by pushing in warning button and dialing it to where you want to set it at.
Greddy still has the manuals on their website, not the best but at least a frame of reference.

oh I know, I'm just playingI don't think that was the issue, he's already used to SI units. The silly needle was in the way on the top one so it's not a literacy issue either. Just a difficult picture unless you zoom or look close.
I didn't for a second think Curt you really didn't know what they were for but that you couldn't actually read the labels.
and I'm not illiterate, i do plenty of reading on the toilet.Take a pic with your phone and zoom in... allegedly in theoryI can't see the markings in mm anymore without a magnifying glass

MIne are way out of expiration with 90percent treadWhat year was the air in your tires Steve?
I have no room to talk. Mine are not currently running.
I also added air to one of my tires today

9/64"'. I took all my covers back off, checked the grenade pin (all good) and measured with drill bits. 5/32" is too big and 1/8" is too small. I don't use the drill bit method but that is what it comes out to (9/64") if you use the drill bit method. Really nothing wrong with it if it is a smigin to snug rather than too loose.Anybody measured the distance when you can slide the pin in straight through?
Edit:
Found this
So, if it can be verified, it looks like the pin hole alignment coincides with a measurement that falls in the range. If this is indeed true (I won't be able to test until much later, maybe @1990TSIAWDTALON can because I think his engine is still on the stand), then this is your shortcut.

Give me inches
I feel like you're translating just for me. I'm touched. Except 228.6mm is 22.86cm. that's a helluva gap9/64"'. Edit:
228.6mm. I took all my covers back off, checked the grenade pin (all good) and measured with drill bits. 254mm is too big and 203.2mm is too small. I don't use the drill bit method but that is what it comes out to (228.6) if you use the drill bit method. Really nothing wrong with it if it is a smigin to snug rather than too loose, belts do and will stretch.

You're Canadian and from Winnipeg, you should be used to it.Maybe people will stop making fun of me then
We all have our crosses to bear, mine are that I'm old, fat, and stupid. Or at least that's what I tell my wife when she asks what's wrong with me.Hey hey, Chris Jericho is from winnipeg and I won’t have this blasphemy.
