Found this steering wheel online that caught my eye. Installed it a couple weeks ago. Improvement I think, less ricey looking than my last one.

Ordered an STM EGR blockoff plate and a rebuild kit for my 16g hopefully they get here soon so i can get this beast running again

Removed the main crank bolt, timing belt pulley, main balance belt pulley, and am ready to pull the front cover off the block to finally do balance shaft removal after 14 years of owning my Talon.

"Captain's log. Star date 10 13 12!" <--- I have no idea what I just typed
As I drive back and forth to work, axle still popping and won't be n till the 20th. What a bi***! It is getting worse and worse, louder and louder! I wonder how long I can drive it till it falls off?

Found a replacment 2gb rear bumper whoo. I'm super stoked but its gonna be so darn cold when I put it on. Windchill in area right now is - 3 :ohdamn:

Woke up early to assemble my motor ... and all i did was put the alternator on then said its to cold in my garage and gave up

First boost leak test since throttle shaft seal replacement, had to replace BISS O ring as well and now for the first time since I've owned this car I have no boost leak. reset base idle, and base timing. Also did a 4 wheel alignment on it since it was at the shop and I thought it would be a good idea after hitting some ice and then 4 mail boxes 2 weeks ago. Good thing I did, rear camber and toe went WAY out, much better now. It is so nice to be able to full throttle to 6k without the car stuttering from boost leak.

Took the steering wheel off so i can put it on the 91 im getting tomorrow.
Steering is a nice feature when loading it on a trailer.

Drove around the city for 2 straight hours in a crazy snow storm. Drifted a complete traffic circle, and it only took me 5 runs! Met up with a sti at a stoplight, he took me off the line but he also had full winter tires, where as i'm just running half worn all seasons. Awesome day.

Last night and early this morning I finished assembling my engine, primed the oil system and then put the engine and trans back into the car. I'm getting close to having a running GSX again.

Got my new Talon
