Over the weekend: Took apart dash to clean out a mouse next, swapped harnesses.. finished the swap of the interior harnesses. Finished removing the engine and front lighting harness. Took out the cut up air intake, BOV, coolant bottle, radiator, front bumper and wheel well liners. Oie.
 
called to see if radiator was salvagable... Luckily looks like it can be saved. Time for some new hoses though. As well as bumper cover, since body kits are as excepted as upping boost on stock internals on this forum


Just because it has a kit dosen't make me or her a ricer...
 
Worked on building the Jig for my HID retro, kind of a big pain in the ass.
Tried some ideas I had for my LED tails to light up the center section of my Talon, not going to be easy.
 
While taking pictures of my "sleepy eyes" I thought something looked funny in the front but then again nothing on this car lines up right. I thought it was just the grill because the grill is really crooked. So I left for school, about 8 minutes out and boom. Here is what I did:

Went to check on progress of car repair. Looks okay minus damn crack in bumper cover. Still debating on whether or not to get full body kit, or keep it OEM... Found out AC condensor is toast. Might go ahead and do AC delete... Got another fmic, and only need piping plus couplers. Took radiator to shop to have repaired. Damn I miss her.

Picked up repaired koyorad radiator. Talked some shit with the mechanic. Decided to delete AC, upgrade wategate, upgrade bumper (undecided on BK or not), install new fully functional mbc inside cockpit, install fused toggle switch for radiator fans inside cockpit, upgrade stereo, and some other random crap. All this will be done by end of next week 100%!!

Pulled the dash off and pulled blower box and evaporator out to replace the wiring harnes....put the harness in.... Than it just got way to damn cold and the boys started to disappear so I called it a day
 
puting a new airfilter on dont know what kind it is my friend gave it to me and he said he bought it from a guy who didnt know what it is either its red and its small at the end then gets bigger were the tube of your intake gos in
 
Last few weeks been installing all my fuel stuff. Dual 255's, -8 line, Aeromotive filter, Aeromotive AFPR, Magnus rail, 1200cc injectors. Also tried to clean up some wiring. Now I am stuck with trying to get it to idle and run right via link v3. Oh the joys of home tuning.

that would be K&N filter
 
Went to replace my axle then found out the axle waas fused to the hub by rust :barf: After a hub remover, broken hammer, air tools, and a propane torch with a 3lb head hammer i went and bought a new hub :notgood: :toobad:
 
Reassembled a factory downpipe (ya' know, heatshields, etc...), reinstalled the exhaust mani, replaced an o-ring at the water-pipe/pump, hooked-up a battery charger, prepped an oil pick-up and -pump for re-installation, and bought a '93 talon TSi AWD. My first AWD! That's three DSMs now. I feel CRAZY.
 
Reinstalled repaired radiator. Going to put some miles on her this nice sunny friday and see if there is any other problems. Also learning about wastegates and leaning toward tial 38mm.Expensive. Maybe some ebay wastegate? Gotta learn some more first. And 660's! can't wait to get those 660's!
 
2 peice Mani to turbo, turbine housing to o2 housing, and o2 housing to downpipe copper gaskets!!! external waste gate dump o2 housing!!! ARP turbo bolts!! cant wait to fire her up!!!
