Actually had a propane torch after all.

I cleaned up the subframe too, Might hit it with some rusto, previous owner had a regular battery and gave it a few rust spots.

You can tell the BIG difference from the first picture to the second of how bad it was.

I'll toss up some pics when it's powdercoated/urethane is dry.

It mounts similar to the urethane/billet bostonhatcher ones, except I used scrap SS (3/16"?) diamond plate I had in one of my bins. Only cost was some SS mig wire, and the pourable urethane bushing material.

It isn't pretty, but it was cheap, and should help keep the diff in place. The other 3 bushings are being replaced with urethane ones from RTM.

I just ordered my evo steering wheel wrap from redline goods. Black leather with violet blue thread to match my black n blue theme. Now when it comes in we'll see if I can sew something other than military buttons or unit patches on BDU's. LOL

Where do you find those evo wheels now days

I will be installing a new (used) ecu, my previous one died on me and dumped asston of fuel into my crankcase. While im here I want to ask some opinions, should I wait to start & run the car until the oil gets changed, or should excess fuel in oil be burned off? You can smell fuel with the oil cap off

change the oil first you don't want the fuel to wash the bearings out better to be safe then sorry an have more expense then you already had.

Im guessing you aren't a big royal purple fan? Haha
No I'm not LOL Me and my friend with an SRT4 tried it once and it made my car feel boggy and his was smoking all crazy. But I guess as long as you are using XRP line, I won't judge:thumb:. (I can't remember what we tried exactly)

:thumb:But yeaaa. I don't think too many people here have had good results, but I don't want this to turn into ANOTHER "what oil" thread. I had a moment LOL

I used royal purple for quite awhile before they changed their formula and loved it. The XRP is essentially what Royal Purple was before, but the cost is ridiculous. For that price, I'll just get Brad Penn and save money...

Picked up some front seats from PNP

03 Hyundai Tiburon black cloth. 100x better then stock tsi cloth.

Just need to mod the slider brackets.

Freed both upper 3G control arms from their bushing sleeves.

2G Stamped rear upper control arm 1426 grams
3G Tubular rear upper control arm 1429 grams

Took off exhaust and some ofnthe fire wall padding
