I bought 1/8 line for my aeromotive fpr from the stock location and 5/16 for the bov from stock location. Does that seem right? And instead of a tee off of a different line, I took the allen cap out of the intake by the EGR plate and want to use a 3/8 npt to 3/8 barb for a MAP. Will that work if I re tap the hole? It's probably British pipe thread.

From factory it was 4mm, 6mm, 8mm, and 10mm. You do the conversion if SAE is what you have.
4mm is your typical small vacuum line for things like EGR, FPR, FPS, stock boost control, etc. Mostly those 4 nipples off the TB.
6mm is BOV to intake manifold
8mm is for PCV (valve cover to intake manifold), thermostat housing to coolant overflow, and CC vent (valve cover) to intake snorkel.
10mm for coolant overflow to ground
