Been having this TPS Circuit Malfunction code forever out of nowhere, car still runs fine, but I'm sure I'm losing out on some power. I checked the ecu, someone had soldered the wire some time before, but it had broken. Fixed it correctly, checked pin terminal in connector, was all good. Still no TPS volts or %, how can I diagnose what is wrong and causing this? I have tried 3 good TPS and no luck. Anyone have any advice on how to diagnose this issue?

Okay well I did it a little backwards and did the voltage check first with my multimeter, and I got 0 volts for all except on the green wire I got 0.63 volts. Is that correct?

Okay, so the positive wire gets 5v, the yellow wire I think it'd idle switch gets like 4.50, signal wire gets 0v. I checked continuity at the signal wire and there is continuity, did from the wire terminal at ecu to the connector at tps.
