I have a ton of hand tools but not much else exciting............OH but I do work here

was thinking about applying to boeing everett for carbon fiber work, but havent been motivated enough to set up anything, my computer repair job is decent at the moment, but im aching for some hands on fab work. im on whidbey island only a ferry ride away from the plant. (the island on the left side of the picture behind the water LOL

#1 on my list right now is a miller TIG and tungsten grinder

You don't need a tungsten grinder they are over priced. Buy a $30 bench grinder and make one of the wheels for tungsten only. It's much cheaper. Been working great for me.

Recently I've been working on the shop more than my own car. Since Wisconsin gets rather chilly in the winter, we upgraded the shop with some Pactiv insulator board fastened to the ceiling. Saved us money and keeps us warm. Summer time it should stay nice and cool too.

I like the cam gears behind the tool chest TKR, I saw a coffee table at a scrapyard that had cam gears welded together, 4 shafts for the legs and a glass top with rubber stubs to keep it from banging on the metal.

If you want to get rid of old ones, let me know. I could use a good coffee table in my garage loft. ;)
