Looks good!

But is there a reason for the manifold to extend so far to the right?

Hopefully there will be some real #'s to go along with this thread, before and after dyno/log numbers perhaps?

Look in my other thread for exhaust manifold. Not sure about the extra to the side I'm sure he will chime in. We talked about trying out different setups sober will see

Only way there will be Duno numbers is if I change intake manifold. My setup is completely different from last year

It's just a simple design. His old SMIM was also a custom piece someone else did and it was falling apart, hence the new one. I am sure he will make more power than before but for many other reasons than this intake. I don't have the abilities to test it out. We will just have to see what the car will do once it is all back together.

That's like an old school time machine you built. The welds and everything look really nice, but it's just a reminder of the parts DSMer's had in the past. :) Now nicely designed cast manifolds are taking over welded SMIMs.

I understand, but this is about 1/3 the cost.

I'm going to try this soon because 750$ magnus is out of the question.

edit:By the way where did you get the parts to make this?

Ebay for plenum and runner material. Cut stock flanges of stock manifolds and had a buddy of mine mill them flat.
