I had a chance a few months ago to make a new T-3 manifold for my T-61. My previous manifold was a megan racing T-3 that i had added a wastegate flange to. That manifold only lasted a few months before it just fell apart. I mig welded the old manifold on the car for temp use and began buying parts for the new manifold. I ordered a tradstone SS cast T-3 collector jumped on that for $70 Random 90 and 45 degree sch10 1.5 pipes at about $100 and a Ebay CNC head flange for $60. I then called my good friend Chris over at DC Fabrication and we went to work.
Lude Technica » Setup: John Drew
The biggest difference i have seen with the the manifold was quicker spool and increase in midrange power. I was surprised cause i thought the larger piping would have hurt spool. Top end is hard to say as my single 255lph pump is maxed out even on my lowest boost setting 24psi.
I will post some install pics when i get a chance. And if you get a chance check out the site he has the sickest 89 prelude in the world powered by a EVOIII 16G making 300whp at 18psi.
